EMBODIMENT, MOVEMENT, & MINDFULNESS

Through a variety of movement, mindfulness, and cooking practices, I coach around creating nourishing meals, relationships, & experiences.

I develop personalized curriculum for my clients that supports the identification and ritualization of practices that bring forth their most vibrant wellness.

My signature 6-month program, Turn Your MAGIC On, is designed to transform personal wellness goals into routine habits that cultivate Movement, Affirmation, Gratitude, Integration, & Courage

This 2-3 hour playshop is best suited for retreat and professional /personal development spaces. Pairing the States of Consciousness research of Dr. David Hawkins with holotropic breathwork and varied embodiment practices, I guide participants to get clear on “What would COURAGE have you do?”

This 1-2 hour playshop is best suited for outdoor retreat spaces. Using mud & movement, story & sound, we reconnect to our wildish nature and remember our instinctual knowings.
